My Name is Barrie M. Warner. I have driven by The Nature’s Garden store for quite some time and always wondered what the catch was with their advertising ‘Lose 26 lb.'s in 26 days’, so finally one day I stopped in and talked to them. Everything they told me seemed to make plenty of sense. So what did I have to lose? It was only 26 days and I was looking for something short term because I like my food. I followed the diet to the tee. I kept my own log in the computer so if I was not losing weight I could call them and ask why and show them my log to see if I was doing anything wrong. I did not have to use it. I was losing weight every day. My goal was to get down to 190 lb.'s, but I was already there and still had one week to go. So I keep going until the last day and lost another ten lb.'s. My high weight was 212.5 lb.'s and I ended up at 180 lb.'s. I lost 32.5 lb.'s in 26 days. I feel much better now in many ways, self esteem, energy, and health. Before I went on the diet I could not sleep because of acid reflux. One week into the diet my acid reflex was gone completely. I was diagnosed with high blood pressure at a level of hypertension. Now I am below normal. This has been a great experience for me. Now my daughter has just started on it and I have told my story to so many people that stop and ask me how did you lose all that weight so fast! One more thing before I end this testimonial. One thing I did not believe is if you put back on more than two lb.'s you have to drink water all day, then eat an apple or tomato with a big steak for dinner and you will get the weight back off.
