Infrared Sauna Testimonial 12/27/2010
I am a forty year old type 1 diabetic who was diagnosed with Raynauds Syndrome in 1999 and Mixed Connective Tissue Disorder (MCTD) a year later. My MCTD is a combination of Rheumatoid Athritis, Lupus, Systematic Scleroderma and Poliomyelitis. I have extensively explored alternative natural treatments instead of costly neuropathy doctors with the help of friends, family, natural health experts, and my own research in an effort to have the best quality of life possible. I was blessed with a lengthy remissive state until recently. I am now further into the progression of the systemic Sclerosis and am dealing with a severe vacuities attack that has the potential to take my fingers and or hand(s) now or in the near future possible. I cannot begin to describe the pain associated with this new health challenge and the obvious hardship of not being able to continue with a career I’ve been in most of my life. Through my natural health care expert friends at The Nature’s Garden I’ve discovered a way to be pain free just by sitting in this wonderful Dry Sauna that is incredible! While in the sauna I am completely pain free. As my visits have increased in frequency, I have less pain everyday in my hands and find I can use my hands much better after every session. I am also thrilled that the sauna is sweating out all the over-toxification of the medications I am currently on to try and stop the current attack. Greetings One and All: I have had the wonderful privilege of meeting Linda Raines at The Nature’s Garden several months ago. One day as I was filling up my jug with Alkaline water, I got into a conversation with Linda about a knee problem that had developed sometime during or after I had finished graduate school in 2008. The knee problem has continued since that point in time. Linda told me about the Genacol product line. I decided to try a little bit of the Genacol gel on my knee to see what would happen. About two months ago I was driving by The Nature’s Garden and decided to drop in. It was my first visit. Linda, the owner, was knowledgeable and very welcoming. She spoke with me about the products and services that were offered. Among them was Alkaline Water. Having not heard of it prior, I asked her to tell me more about it and to explain its benefits. One of the many benefits that she mentioned was weight loss. I heard her when she mentioned the weight loss benefit but I did not pay that particular benefit much attention. The other benefits far outweighed the weight loss as far as I was concerned. I decided to give it a try, so I purchased a gallon of the Alkaline water at level one and then moved up to the next level as my body became accustomed. Soon after, my clothes began to fit me differently. They were looser. I had not done anything differently. I had not been working out, nor had I changed my eating habits. The only difference to my routine was the Alkaline water. At first I did not make the connection. One afternoon in July, I was in The Nature’s Garden getting more water and talking with Linda. I happened to mention that I was currently wearing clothing that I could not fit into just five months ago and she said, “It’s the water.” Just then I recalled the conversation that we had when I began drinking the Alkaline water.
