About two months ago I was driving by The Nature’s Garden and decided to drop in.  It was my first visit.  Linda, the owner, was knowledgeable and very welcoming.  She spoke with me about the products and services that were offered.  Among them was Alkaline Water.  Having not heard of it prior, I asked her to tell me more about it and to explain its benefits.  One of the many benefits that she mentioned was weight loss.  I heard her when she mentioned the weight loss benefit but I did not pay that particular benefit much attention.  The other benefits far outweighed the weight loss as far as I was concerned.  I decided to give it a try, so I purchased a gallon of the Alkaline water at level one and then moved up to the next level as my body became accustomed.

 

Soon after, my clothes began to fit me differently.  They were looser.  I had not done anything differently.  I had not been working out, nor had I changed my eating habits.  The only difference to my routine was the Alkaline water.  At first I did not make the connection.  One afternoon in July, I was in The Nature’s Garden getting more water and talking with Linda.  I happened to mention that I was currently wearing clothing that I could not fit into just five months ago and she said, “It’s the water.”  Just then I recalled the conversation that we had when I began drinking the Alkaline water.

 

When I began drinking the water I was a size 14/16, closer to a 16 than a 14.  I am now a size 12 and it has only been two months.  I am amazed.  Alkaline water has many benefits and weight loss is definitely one of them.
