I am a forty year old type 1 diabetic who was diagnosed with Raynauds Syndrome in 1999 and Mixed Connective Tissue Disorder (MCTD) a year later. My MCTD is a combination of Rheumatoid Athritis, Lupus, Systematic Scleroderma and Poliomyelitis.  I have extensively explored alternative natural treatments instead of costly neuropathy doctors with the help of friends, family, natural health experts, and my own research in an effort to have the best quality of life possible.

I was blessed with a lengthy remissive state until recently.  I am now further into the progression of the systemic Sclerosis and am dealing with a severe vacuities attack that has the potential to take my fingers and or hand(s) now or in the near future possible.  I cannot begin to describe the pain associated with this new health challenge and the obvious hardship of not being able to continue with a career I’ve been in most of my life.

Through my natural health care expert friends at The Nature’s Garden I’ve discovered a way to be pain free just by sitting in this wonderful Dry Sauna that is incredible!  While in the sauna I am completely pain free.  As my visits have increased in frequency, I have less pain everyday in my hands and find I can use my hands much better after every session.  I am also thrilled that the sauna is sweating out all the over-toxification of the medications I am currently on to try and stop the current attack.  Additional benefits???…The consistent relaxation I experience after a session include no pain or stiffness anywhere that I can detect.  Neck/shoulder pain is something I’ve been dealing with for years now. I have not been able to find anything to stop the pain.  None of the pain meds, including the strong stuff in the hospital, gave me the relief I find after using the Far Infrared Sauna.  It’s my miracle and it only took one visit for me to feel a difference.  I am a true believer!

    Our shop has been located in Maitland for over 13 years.  It used to be called "The Herb Shop" and carried only Nature's Sunshine products and Loose Bulk Herbs.
